By introducing a valve rotating device for the exhaust valve and inlet valve, its service life can be further increased.
1. Uniform Valve Temperature
The rotating movement of the valve produces a uniform valve temperature around its circumference
and due to this a reduction in the uneven thermal deformation of the valve plate. This also leads to an
improvement in valve seating in the cylinder head.
2. Reduced Valve Seat Wear
An improvement in the wear behaviour of the valve seat is achieved due to a continuous "moving
away" of possible fretting attacks in the valve seat armouring if the valve seating surface pattern is not
optimum.
