CHN40/46 Inlet Valve:
1. Material: X45CrSi9-3(DIN 1.4718).
(comply with European Standard EN10090: 1998 Valve Steels and Alloys for Internal Combustion Engines)
2. Valve stem chrome plated, tip harden to 50-55HRc.
3. Valve is upset forged and die pressed for grain flow along head profile.
4. Valve seat face is Stliite alloy welded.
5. Close controlled heat treatment for achieving proper mechanical properties and metallurgical structure.
6. Stress released completely for microstructure and dimensional stability.
7. Dye penetrant and magnetic particle inspection for entire valve.
