There are two differrnt types of pistons for engine WEICHAI CW200, Type 1 is for using heavy fuel oil, Type 2 is for using diesel oil.
1. The piston type 1 is combined with forged Alloy steel crown and nodular cast iron skirt.
2. The piston type 2 is a mono-block piston made in cast alloy aluminum.
3. Ring grooves of type 1 piston are induction hardened and ground.
4. Alfing rings are inserted for the type 2 piston
5. Piston skirt is phosphated and graphite coated.
6. Provide BV, GL or CCS Certificate on request.
7. Proven Reliability By clients in EU countries and MAN lisenced engine builders in China.
